Annual Licence Renewal
ANNUAL LICENCE RENEWAL
SCOT’s fiscal year is from March 1 until the last day of February. Licence renewals are required by February 15th each year. A late fee penalty is applied after this date. Individuals who do not complete their licence renewals by the last day of February at 5:00pm are not licensed to work as an Occupational Therapist in Saskatchewan and their employer will be notified to cease practice immediately.
Individuals who hold a practicing or restricted practising licence with SCOT must participate in the Continuing Competency Program (CCP). The CCP policies outlining the requirements, templates, and resources are available on the SCOT website on the Continuing Competency Program webpage.
